Can I refund or exchange the item?

You have up to 7 days of purchase to either return or refund. The item MUST be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of receipt. Once everything is cleared, the return or exchange will go into action. More information on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? To ensure the timely delivery of your order, we process shipments quickly. Contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you with any address changes.

Are your products available in physical stores? Currently, our products are exclusively available through our online store. We aim to provide a convenient and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Do you restock sold-out items? We strive to restock popular items whenever possible. However, due to the nature of fashion, some items may not be restocked. Check our website regularly or subscribe to notifications for updates on restocks.

Are my credit or debit card details saved?

No, we don't save any of your payment details, which means you will have to enter them each time you place an order, but at least you know there's no risk.

If you are not sure if you have successfully completed your order,?

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please get in touch with our customer service.  Be sure to check your spam or junk folder first.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner's website
